Cree Farm Ameraucanas, Ninjas Marans/Crosses, & Serama Hatching!

I had 1 orp/mix 1 ee mix hatched out that dont look good at all... im not holdin out thope for them. The other one (orp mix) that hatched is up and about and still wet so im taking that as a good sign. lol.

OH yeah and i cant forget the blackie!!!! Its out, looks great, and is in love with me already (follows my hands around everywhere) and im pretty sure it's a roo...why oh why are tho roos so affectionate!?!?! ANd yeppers got that gorgeous red tint to the face! LOL! AND feathered legs.

A marans that hatched out late last night with yolk stil out (i dont think i talked about it on here cuz i ddint wanna talk about bad news hahah) it absorbed its yolk but is just a floppy lil thing that keeps panting no matter where i put it in the brooder so I dont hold out much hope for it either.

Two marans left pipped and chillaxin... now i just wait lol.

edited to add the one ameraucana died last night, I have only 2 ameraucanas to show for it, a blue and a black atleast I got two colors i liked! LOL! I shall be getting more soon! LOL!

OK, I looked at their legs and one has faint feathering on it's legs. Cross for sure. I'm up to 4 Ninja hatchlings and #5 is working on it! It's so fun!!

Did the little blackie chick hatch out of a Maran or Orp egg? He sounds so sweet!! Dang roos, I just can't have them where I live. I sure wish that I could!

What lovely babies! I don't even have my girls yet (3 weeks). Ninja or Monarc....will you have serama eggs or pullets available in the fall? Can my bigger girls (Cochins and Wyandottes) hatch those eggs? I hope to order a d'Uccle bantam and a Antwerp bantam for May, they would probably be bettter but I don't know if they are setters.

So deffinate cross plus feathered feeties pictures later when they're all puffy so far they look half sticky half puffy lol

The last two pure marans are out...and the one I wanst holding hope for is actually looking around!

The EE cross and the one orp cross are still pretty bad, i forgot tomention too the serama was dead this morning! I was NOT having good luck! LOL I had a bad heatspike for like 12 hours in their development and i think that's what caused my personal problems.

Otherwise I am happy with the chicks I do have and cant wait to get more!

I also have duccle and cochins in there too from a wonderful breeder... I am so excited about them!!! If i do have a good hatch, and i get roos and hens, the egg prices won't be dramatic like they can be. I got these eggs in a private swap so I see no need to charge big prices for them. So yes if you're interested just let me know I am so excited for seramas!

Oh, man, I'm sorry about the losses. Those Marans chicks can be slow starters, compared to the Orps (at least mine, anyway). I had one that flopped on its back for a good 12 hours, at least, and the next day, it was fine.

Can't wait for dry/fluffy pictures!

Theres also 4 either pure buff orps or 4 pure orps LOL i guess i just gotta wait for them to feather out to guess

LOL!They really look like pures the more i look at them and im completely unsure if that one has a feather thing now or not, i thnk it just had a scale ruffed up

The EE x marans is still hanging on but it could sitll pass we'll see.

The marans chicks are doing wonderfully tho even the one I worried about so 3 marans chickies to start off with WOOT!!!
