baustin~ Hmmmmm....Maybe someone sent you a private message asking for your help. I'd love to do a little charity work after I finish swap and some crochet gifts I need to finish. I just don't crochet fast enough or have enough time to do all the crochet projects I'd love to do.

That's what I told my Hubby when he complained about my stashes poking out of their hiding spots

('cause they're STUFFED to explode!)... Said he needed to help out more with the kids and their activities so I could spend more time Hookin' and have a better chance to use up said yarn!

He laughed at me...

I'm afraid for my DH to see my stash. In my defense about half was given to me recently.

I store it in our smallest guest bedroom, but now it's taken over the whole floor of the closet.

DD is now in that room temporary, so I need to move it so she can organize the rest of her clothes in there. For now I pulled the totes out and they are at the foot of the bed until I figure out where to stash them next.

Ok now I'm ashamed to talk about my "stash"! It only takes up the floor of one closet? *sigh* Maybe DH is right and my hoarding of yarn and fabric is way out of control! Let's suffice it to say that DH would be happy if I could fit all of mine into one closet.

I've got my lilac v-stitch baby blanket almost finished! I just need to pick up the ribbon I want to use around the edges.

lovely violet afghan. who is it for? I'm trying to decide on a color for a baby afghan for my great grandbaby due in April. I think a color that can be used by a boy or girl so I can start it soon and not wait until closer to her time.

I'm going yarn shopping tomorrow, some for baby and some to add to my stash I have for my scrappy granny square afghans that I like to make. I use the excuse that they use up my left over yarn, buuuuut, when I run out of a color I always buy more so I never really use up. I guess I'm a yarn and fabric junkie.
