Crochet "Chat"

What folks don't know about Starch is that it helps prevent stains from setting in.  That's why good restaurants starch their linens.

Of course there are other things I'm sure, but starch was all our grandmothers had.

I love it! I was going to scotch guard it lol, but so glad I won't have to! Great tip!!

I'm gonna get some chunky yarn soon and start a peacock afghan/lapghan... I found a chart pattern and I love it but there are 2 problems. I can't switch yarns very easily and B. I'm kinda really lazy when it comes to afghans LOL

Look at what was posted on my FB thought it was so cool

Just dropped by to say hello, all! Been spending entire days working on moving our site to a new server/host. Day before yesterday was a 12 hour day getting most of the store items moved over. Finally, we have it up and running, especially our web store. It is an entirely new look and now, we include shipping on everything to make it easier for our customers (that's the BRC web store only for now, Etsy is still the same). Still needs a little tweaking and a few departments like the guestbook and blog are not back up just yet. Will be looking into some options for ready made gift baskets containing our crocheted wash cloths, face scrubbies and LH's bath products.

Anyway, I was doing some of these slightly slouchy hats since Ladyhawk requested I do one for her-she does some things, I do others and hats are more my thing than hers. They use the puff stitch.

Been working on this small lapghan/babyghan/whatever for awhile now. I put it away and then take it back out and do some more rows. I'm using the Red Heart With Love on it.
