Thanks everyone for the compliments on my girls.

Karen what is a BC? My flock consists of 12 australorps 1 buff orphington, 3 RIRs, 5 barred rocks and 2 amaracanas. They are hard to get all in one pic. up close so they aren't all in my pics prolly. I have been wanting to get some cuckoo marans or welsumers for their really dark eggs.

As for the snow pics. I am in shock! I took those pics around 4-5 pm and it has not stopped snowing yet. We have almost 2 feet. I seriously have not seen this much snow since I was a kid!! They had only predicted 6 inches. Is saposed to get up to 40 tomorrow though so will prolly all melt soon. Got to get more pics in the morning befor it does.

We are going to put some of our Cuckoo Marans eggs in the bator soon and see how good of a hatch we have. If Ya want I can send ya a few to try yourself.

I hope we get a blizzard of snow tonight Purple!!!! I could hook & sew on a snow day tomorrow, lol!!!! We might not even see a flake but it is in the weather forecast so I am HOPING!!

Nice to hear from you Maple..get yourself a hook and a book from walmart, the little kit is under ten bucks I think and we'll help you with the rest..love to have you drop in more..this group is so much crazy fun it amazes me that more folks off the forum don't drop in...crocheters or not, lol!!

I love rodeos Purr....there is something about a cowboy in a hat, chaps, boots, white shirt and good fitting jeans that just makes you think to yourself..."bull, what bull?"!!!!!!!!ummmmm, ummmmm........

That really would be fun to spend a weekend together sometime...virgin mojitos and pregnant hookers and all, lol!!! Maybe that will work out one day, sure would be alot of fun and laughing!!!

My birthday isn't til next Friday so you didn't miss that.

Oh SE, I figured out that by the time we might be able to have a weekend there might be baby hookers along, because I am not sure I can get away at all this year, in fact I am pretty sure I can't.

I agree with the cowboys. Don't get me started.

Besides men in kilts, cowboys are my other weakness. Check this site out and we can all have a western theme gathering sometime.
