I made a hat out of that stuff before- I'll find a picture. I had 2 balls I bought on clearance for $2, and I loved the bright colors LOLI figured the cat could bat those around and really, that's where I had to attach the next piece so they just sort of happened-the first part of that ball of yarn was in pieces so I untangled three of those and used them for the edging. Where two pieces came together, one or two pom poms didn't get integrated into the edge. It was what I was going to do, what I envisioned, but sort of just happened in the course of adding that row anyway. The story of my life, LOL. Speaking of, Friday is our 39th anniversary. Saturday, we're going to attempt to go to Golden Corral for the breakfast buffet, about an hour away from us, and Hobby Lobby is right across the street; though I truly don't need to go there now-I shopped Walmart's With Love yarn sale on Thanksgiving as well as one of the last JoAnn sales online, plus, of course, this new bunch I was given. When the heck can I get back to my quilting? It's so much easier to just crochet, less technical, easier on hands and eyes.
Looks like a head full of fruit loops!
It really does LOL
I usually don't either, but for some reason I decided I needed it... It is a warm hat though! I was a bit intimidated by it at first lol
