I just got a new bread book. Going to have to give it a go this next week.

Today's too busy. Cleaning day and have to pay the bills. So much fun! I'm sure you'll all be jealous of my big plans for the day.

I don't remember who gave me this idea here, but I made this for our breakfast this morning.

I have to cook my yolks hard. Haven't been able to eat a runny yolk since I started getting eggs from my own chickens. Not sure why. It's odd.

Just a blip and the news people trying to scare us Just can't imagine fire in january.

Yes she did. But, I don't have any peahens, so mine is a chicken egg. Avocado, egg and gravlax bagels make a great breakfast! But, I still just like cream cheese and gravlax the best.

the taste of runny home raised chicken egg yolks is why I have Chickens! I grew up eating them and hate the taste of store eggs.

Perhaps your hens are eating something that changes the flavor? too much soy or garlic? Fish, flax and Black Oil Sunflower seeds can change the flavor too if they eat too much of it
