I am in and out today. Hey @penny1960, I'm going through recipes for the week and ran across this one for Simple Perfect Enchiladas. It is very good. Homemade sauce is just better than the canned, although I use canned from time to time for a quick meal. This recipe combines both ideas.

I'm putting this one on the meal plan for this week.

Fresh coffee on! Water's hot for tea!

You should!! They’re delicious!! Though yours sounds good too and I love soup! Some of their salads are good too. You should branch out. :D

They are!! I just had tuna salad with tortilla chips and a cranberry bagel today lol

It's actually February 22nd but the party starts now! I'm officially going to use "It's my birthday month." and "I'm just resourceful" (thanks @Ted_Harrell) to get out of any and all trouble this month. :lau I'm going to start by getting myself more hatching eggs. lol

That's my mom's birthday.
 
How is everyone's chickens, dogs, cattle and other animals today? My chickens are into a nice easy routine right now. The cats are, well they are cats and full of themselves. It's why I love them so much. And the dog is having a nice outing with dad! So all is well at the home front.

I'm trying to get the week's menu together so I can send DH a list before he gets to the store. :D

Bella had a 45 minute run in the fields with her new friend this morning.
She continues to try to wear down the cat into loving her back.

Mogwai it's starting to lighten up with all the hissing and growing. All it nets her is a Doberman kiss! :lol:
