Cup o' Joe and Tea Too

We'll be heading out to the store shortly. Last week I was one of 4 people in the store wearing any sort of mask. We've had 17 cases in this county, so it's hard to make folks take it seriously.

I only saw 1 person wearing a mask at our store today. I actually tried to put one on in the car before heading inside and the darned elastic strap tore off the mask.

The problem is , there is no sign of illness for the first 4 or 5 days. So if a person is not coughing, people don't worry.
I agree. Also, in Washington they are saying we have moved into the curve and we're getting plenty of praise for doing the right thing. The lion's share of the cases were in northern and eastern Seattle area which is 100 miles from here. This little rural county doesn't pay much attention to what they tell us. I'm fully expecting it to turn into an "M" curve here. Up, down and right back up again.

Hope everyone is having a good day!

DH and I just got home from a grocery run. Really glad to see the 6' markers to line up people for the check outs and plastic shields in front of the cashiers. They're going to be changing the aisles to 1-way soon too . All that should help avoid unnecessary contact.

Yes, it is a good thing. Changing aisles to one-way sounds interesting! Wonder how they will manage that.

I went to Costco the other day (first time since all this started) and I was surprised by how few people were in there. I thought it was good on the employees for keeping their distance and wearing masks and gloves. Also very suprised how many people shopping were wearing masks. Definitely a different, strange world.

Good morning everyone, thanks for the coffee Sean!

As soon as I can shovel a path to the coffee bar, I'll take a cup of that.
Good morning Debby!

Coffee might have to be warmed back up when you get back, after shoveling all the snow, you know it's a 'curbside pickup only'! :gig
