Sounds like a good place for them for the time being, Karen, with their newly discovered wandering ways.
One of the girls is giving Rusty a hear attack now. She doesn't stay by his side and wonders the yard. Flies up in the tree by the barn. She was even out of the fence this evening. She flew back in , but he was not happy.
Rusty is still behaving his self and even flew up on my arm to get in feed bucket. It shocked him as much as me and he flew off just as fast. There was no aggression in him at all when he did it. Now after I have bragged on him he may try to peck my eyes out tomorrow.
OMG! It is like a candy store! (my name is Candy so it has a double meaning!) I would go nuts and want to take them all home! Too, too cute!!!
How much you pay for the new digg? And where to get one?
Candle through the top of the egg and look for veins around the edge of the air cell. If you see veins they are good. If not and you see a blood ring around the center of the egg they have died. The dark area is the growing chick. But seeing veins is the most important thing to tell you the chick is still alive.
