So yesterday was one of my days off.
Boss and his wife left Wednesday night for 9 days to a horse show. Yesterday morning shift 3 people were scheduled to work. 2 called in.
Yesterday evening 3 different people were scheduled to work. 1 had already said a few days ago they wouldn't be in. The other 2 also called in.
5 out of 6 scheduled people called in in 1 day.

Brother, SIL, and nephew came over for a little bit with one of their dogs so Brew got to play with her for a little bit and then we put the dogs away and all visited with my dad and his fiancée for a bit upstairs so that was nice. :love it wasn’t very long because they were tired from a big hike this morning but still nice. Then I walked Brew after they left. Took him on a longer walk than usual. Usually we go down and back. This time we did the small loop. Maybe tomorrow we’ll do the big loop. 😁🤣 it’s not that much longer. But yeah.
