It is day 20 of our first setting of eggs from our own flock and out of the 12 original eggs we narrowed the viable ones down to 3. Those three have been carrying on patiently for three weeks now and are ready to bust out! Two of them pipped between breakfast and lunch today, and now I am going to document all the drama as it unfolds! Pictures and video will be posted as well. Please reply if you are interested in this, so I know I'm not just talking to myself!

i would love to watch.i have a broody pullet setting.by watching i will know what to exspect.

It's 3:30 our time, and so far, each pip has broken off the tiniest little piece of shell, revealing the little white membrane underneath... So we know the chicks are working on their escapes! Otherwise, nothing to report. I'm off to a job. I'll be gone until about 8 pm. so no updates until then.
