My new Khaki Campbell ducks are so funny, after a short nap , they headed right for the pool and demanded I open the door,

I’m in love again

The splashing and diving is so much fun , they ate from the “ scary food trough” while I was inside

I should have gotten more ...

Their chicken neighbors aren’t impressed with all the splashing.

The rir are actually scared , they were hiding by the coop TIL it calmed down

And yes I have chicken wire between my two runs because after buying hardware cloth for the perimeter and roof we were broke !!!

No drake here or I’m heading back to the breeder! The drakes have black heads I saw them

I’m standing around watching the silly ducks, first thing after I let them out they ran to the pool door , time for a bath I guess . I closed coop door last night just to make sure they stayed in.

They’ve eaten , I gave them 4 cups chick starter with 3 Tb yeast today, they ate 3 cups yesterday.

They slept under the nesting boxes in the sand , 3 little butt prints this morning .

So far so good, love their noises and the waddling is to die for

sounds like they have made themselves at home cute little butts prints in the sand lol. I love to hear them talk so sweet .
