Wowie! Thats crazy. But in comparison to our minimun itd be close. Still not enough to live alone on comfortably
Haha prices sound good to me ! But in conparison their similar. My last apartment was a 3 story house 4 bedroom blah blah it was 2500$ a months nothing included

My power bill in the winter is 650$ a month.

And a pack of darts (smokes) costs an average persons hour wage.

Oh and i gross 2800$ every 2 weeks and pay over 950$ in taxes on it

Wow that's a lot of tax. Do you ever get a tax return? We used to when our kids were little. . But the last couple years we've had to pay in. Mostly because my hubby don't have health insurance and the penalty for that thanks to all the Obama care stuff.

Our property tax is $1950ish twice a year. We bought our house for 335k. We have just over 5 acres, 3 bedrooms, 1.25 bathrooms (the utility room has a toilet and sink, no shower or bathtub), 1700 sq ft.

We sold our previous house for 307k to friends that flipped it for 450k. That was technically 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, 1100 sq ft, 1/4 acre plot. Taxes on that property were 2k twice a year when we owned it, I imagine it’s closer to $2,400-3,000 twice a year now.
