Dead bird possible spread of disease?

Hello! All 5 of my hens are completely healthy but this morning I found a dead small wild bird in my yard. It’s eyes were rolled back almost like it had a seizure and fell or something. But now I am worried it had some sort of disease that will spread to my flock because they free range and go to that spot where it was regularly. Please tell me if they can get diseases like this and if I should worry?

I'm no expert but I would remove the dead bird so they can't mess with it for sure... Maybe spray the area with vinegar to try and kill any bacteria left behind. I'd just keep an eye on the girls to make sure they aren't showing any signs of illness. (bubbles in the eyes, runny nose, odd droppings.)

If they free range already, I'm sure they've come in contact with stuff they shouldn't. But I don't think it ever hurts to be extra careful!
