Willow, so sorry for your loss, I only have RIR's but they are very dear to me,We have all kinds of wild critters here on the mountain where we live. Smelled a skunk one night, next night let the dogs run loose and haven't smelled him since. Hope he went to visit someone who does not have chickens.

Can you tell us what sort of pens or coop you have, wiring etc. It may help others to improve upon their coops and pens and possiblty pervent something like this happening to them.
