Jean, the BR cockerels are more dominant than the Orp cockerels, so I'm not surprised that Big Mac is quiet. I'll be amazed if that is a pullet, but I have had huge pullets in this breed, so nothing is impossible. These are so friendly, it's hard NOT to get close-ups.

I am watching this thread. I have 3 Delawares and I think 1 is a pullet and 2 are roos. But I am not for sure. You said they need to get to about 4 weeks right? Then check their shoulders.

Great pics Cyn! We love our Delaware hen... she's the nicest of the bunch. I was at the feed store and they had a shipment that just came in... was hard to resist, but I was able to.
