Developing my own breeds of gamefowl and bantam

Pics
I just found I clutch of four eggs under a board I don’t know who laid them but they are either pure OEGB or 3/4 OEGB 1/4 RJF or 1/2 RJF 1/2 OEGB or 3/4 RJF 1/4 OEGB I don’t know how old the eggs are but I think I will either see if my hens will sit on them or use an incubator

The 1/2 OEGB 1/2 RJF now named lanky is thriving his color is looking more and more like a RJF he is already bigger than my OEGB in frame and he is only 5.5 months old he has some more growing to do we’ll see how he does

The RJF Rooster died today I don’t now exactly what happened . He was fine last night but then this morning he was lethargic throughout the day till he past on about 5pm and then Tuesday this week something broke in to my Phoenix pin and toke my Phoenix hen and one of my jungle fowl hens been gone a lot of the day hopefully she is back in the morning big set back this week breeding season is coming closer and closer I lost my American Game fowl and rooster my jungle fowl so for birds I am going to get I have two options by a jungle fowl rooster, get a American game Rooster If you have any suggestions for breeding Ideas feel free to

Lanky is doing great he is almost perfect American game bantam show weight as of now and I don’t think he is going to get much bigger he is 32 oz and the show standard is 30 oz

I Just ordered a Bruges Fighter stag from Greenfire I think I will probably cross him to some jungle fowl

If the rooster is pure for white legs all his chicks will come out with white legs. The cockerels will all be carriers of blue legs, but will appear to be white leg. All the pullets will be pure for white legs. If you would breed those cockerels back to their blue leg mother you will get some white and some blue legs.
If the rooster is pure for blue legs and is bred to a hen with white legs, all the cockerels will be carriers of blue leg, but will appear as white leg males. The pullets will come white leg and blue leg 50/50 statistically.

Sorry everyone I have been quiet busy the last couple months that is why I haven’t been giving many updates on my chickens My BRF Rooster arrived Wednesday he is huge but beautiful . Lanky and foghorn had a coral yesterday every time I let one out they go straight to each other and fight they will fight to the death if allowed I have lanky pined with an American GF hen it seems that breeding season is right around the corner

Well my first idea was breeding the Bruges fighter from Greenfire to my three Jungle Fowl hens then all my hens are laying now including my jungle fowl and he isn’t breeding them so I made a rearrangement by taking his three hens and giving them to lanky and give lanky’s two American hens to the Bruges so I am hoping it works out well and I can start hatching out chicks I don’t know if it is going to work last year I hatched out 11 chicks and only two survived so I’m hoping it works out

after I switch the hens out I switched them back to the original roosters they started with and now I have a Jungle fowl sitting on eggs that should be 1/2 RJF 1/2 Bruges F

and then I put 9 eggs in the incubator on Monday that are 25% OEGB 25% RJF and 50%American Gamefowl
