ok... been raising chickens for about 2 years now.. and the kids love deviled eggs.. but how in the heck do ya get a fresh egg to peel easily.. i've found it's nearly impossible!... tips... inside tricks!! THanks.

seriously use salt and lots of it !!! I use about 1/4 of a cup when boiling about 6 of them . If you boil more use more salt... Paula Deen showed this trick on one of her food network shows and it does work salt is cheap so pour it on !!!

Ok you have to spell E g g with spaces between the letters today.

What I do is use some of my e g g s that have been in the frig for a few days before I boil them for deviled e g g s, but recently there were some great threads on here about using vinegar, etc. to make the e g g s easier to peel.
