Is this a dry membrane or is this normal?

Here is a better shot. This is the first one that pipped at 9pm. There is a small slit in the bottom and some white on the edge. I am concerned the middle portion is looking brown/dry. How does it looked to an experienced eye? There are like 7 or 8 more pipping this morning

Perfectly normal, no worries

It looks like the chick pipped way below the air cell line though?

They were last candled 2 days prior to pipping. So guessing it receded more once they were on their sides. Or so I am told
