Did I start lock down too early?!? Help!

Pictures look fine, from what i can see. Early lockdown and stopping turning a little early is ok too.

Did you lay the eggs down for hatching? Watch for the air cell to start start drawing down further. What you see from candling will start looking less uniform, as the duckling moves into position. The. This should happen a day or so before they actually hatch.

Good luck!
Ok good to know! Thank you!
Yes they are laid down on their sides with the fat end a little higher than the other end where possible...
What should we be keeping the humidity at right now? Am I ok to keep candling them?
Thank you

This is an idea of what i mean. Not knowing exactly when she started incubating the eggs makes it difficult to know for sure, but looks like you are doing fine!
Humidity should be 65-75%. It's ok to keep candling them, but best to leave them alone as much as possible to keep the humidity stable. From what i can tell, it looks like they have a few more days to go.

Ok cool. Thank you very much.... we just candled them again before I read your reply.... so I've attached some photos we just took.... but they don't looms half as good as yours.... I'll have to try and get better ones!
Also the last photo should be one looking straight at the air sac - there is a very area like the one in this photo in a few of the eggs?? What is that?

Oh and yes, that last one looks like it could be started to move into hatching position. That could be it's bill, or the back of its neck pressing against the air cell. I can't tell for sure which.

I assume you have the lowest dipped side of the air cell laying upward in the incubator.

Oh ok! We at least we are getting there!!
Yes I do. It's laying so that the side that is drawing back is on the top...
