In all the legal crap I have read, it only applies to eggs from chickens. But another law about where restaurants/grocery stores buy food from probably does.

hopefully not.

Maybe keep a few chickens for your own use?

I'm keeping an EE roo that I think is gorgeous ( I hatched him from a fridge egg after a fox got his mom), and my brain damaged bantam... Lol
The ducks make enough eggs, and in a way it will be great to rebuild after a bit, knowing what I know now. Maybe I'll just do ducks, the fact they don't dig up my garden is a huge plus...

I bought this pretty blue plant today.

Also whats up with this: the best my chickens give is 6/8 eggs a day since they started laying last fall. My quail (which i got 2 days ago) are 5/5 today! I have yet to see 8/8 eggs from the chickens.

He is a beaut, and if it's him am glad you're keeping him...
