I read it this morning and just thought, wow. A lady I'm getting ready to ship ducks to next week is in the same county...
Funny thing is I just read through it a couple hrs ago, lol... then you mentioned it... sad, no positive results from any of those flocks...

i can't believe that they were that way. I understand they don't want it in the state but supposedly it took the 2 weeks to track down the people who received possibly infected bords/eggs and to depopukate the flock! If they had it, I'm sure they would have been showing symptoms by then!I couldn't believe their attitude about it... options were 'to quarantine and test or depopulate'... so let's harass them so they cave to the 'easy' solution...
