Just found this link that says an Ebay seller from Iowa was the originator and gives the town names in Georgia of the flocks destroyed.

I'm betting that they are the same ones that sold eggs to the guy in VA... they aren't saying the name but things are parallel in the situations... and similar timing...

Oh, today at work my boss looks at all of us full timers and aays, gotta cut payroll. You guys can only get 32 hours. Any specific days you'd like to have off. I spoke up, need Friday off, getting chickens butchered. I get this look like I'm crazy and get told, not you. You work 40 hours. I need you. :/

dead chick funk is bad, I get in those sometimes too.

They turn white and have black spots on them. The males still leak red tho. Ick.

Like a paint silkie, but the Ameraucana version.
