she's doing awesome. I don't hand feed her anymore. She thinks my fingers are worms apparently.

Just got done with the farrier. Had him trim all 7 horses...I'm broke. Need to sell another batch of ducklings.

Yes, a few weeks ago there was a couple people ahead of me still. This is the last week I had down. They asked if I would be willing to extend it if need be , I said no I didn't want to go into our hard winter with young chickens. They did sound like I would be getting them, the other orders were just for a few of the two breeds I wanted. I did tell them if it was the blue langshans holding it up they could substitute all blacks. I don't have faith though. I should know before the weeks out. If I don't get them new plan is to use the money to get a incubator and buy eggs. I'm really not worried about winter I just don't want to be strung along all summer, they said May 5!! I don't fault SH I knew this was how they work when I ordered, they tell you themselves. They are a nonkill hatchery and don't over hatch and kill hundreds of unwanted birds like all other hatcheries just to fill orders. They get rid of any extras in bargain mix batches. And there is a long waiting list that's why I ordered early and for hatch dates from Feb to end of June. I just wished they didn't tell me May 5, that was many hatch dates ago :-(

Actually we really don't know... we just moved another batch of teens out there last night... I hadn't counted them yet...
But just from looking, there is half of what was in there left...
