hahah chicken rv and they cant dig out with the cinder block but can dig to their lil hearst content with all that lovely dirt...anyways wanted to separate out my brahma's so can collect some hatching eggs

kinda reminds me of a Isabel brahma ...I wanna hatch some eggs from him with the other brahma girls sometime....and he's a sweetheart also... comes up and is one of the first to nibble goodies out of my hand..he's been getting more gentlemanly with the ladies lately to now that the raging hormones of new hormones has calmed down....

ok wanting to hybernate in this cold weather. but keeping busy with stuf inside..also started working on some wood boxes for christmas pressies...and going to make a couple cutting boards...

It's 65 right now and is almost midnight... was 71 today and nighttime low is supposed to be 55... gonna be same tomorrow...

We lost the runt, it had been discarded outside the nest. The remaining 7 are looking strong and fat though. Couple of weeks and they'll be like that big fellar in the pic.

We've had similar weather. Teens at night 40-50 daytime. Last yr we had already had weeks of below zero by now so I'm not complaining even though the deer hunting has sucked.
