Do I need to modify chicken house to accommodate ducks?

I have Muscovy and my chickens in the same house my female Muscovy roost on 2x4 right along with the chickens only my drake sleeps on the shavings mine don’t use a nest box they lay their eggs under the poop boards in the deep shavings I have up under my roosts gives privacy and out of the way. I like 2x4 because they can lay their feet flat no worry of frost bite. No food and water inside. Ducks are way too messy. Unless it’s going to snow deep and temps get into singles then I do put food and water inside for those who would rather not go out. Maybe a couple times over winter.

Clean it out, put lenolium down, and put nest boxes on the floor level.

They may use nest boxes where they are I have one Muscovy female who like the height of the chickens nest boxes and will use them occasionally. They like height too lol.
