The only thing missing was some catfish.

Further up on the table was a big bowl of hot brown butter ghee with rosemary and garlic
And the little bowl on the side was melted marshmallow and cinnamon to dip the sweet potatoes into.
Occasionally whenever I was absentmindedly dipping I'd get a mouthful of brown butter sweet potato or marshmallow crab

Nearly raw is best
Nothing could be worse than a rubbery shrimp. I care not for golden crispness as long as it's tender and dripping with buttah.
