Do you remember your childs first word?

The three oldest kids all said Daddy first. Cresta (my oldest) used to listen to me read Shakespeare-her first sentence was "out darn spot." Winnie was already talking more or less when we got her. Rissa's first word was MOMMA! DJ did the cutest thing; I went to check on him in the middle of the night and touched his ear-he sighed and said Mama. It was about that point that I decided he needed to stay with us. Annie was enamored with the dog and her first word was Boo. Mikey learned to say NeeNee for Annie.

India's first word- Apple
Emma's first word- Mine
Alex's first word- Mama finally!

My eldest pointed at the dog and said "Oggie" quite clearly. Yup. He's my animal obsessed one.

My youngest's first and only word for a looooooong time was "No." He didn't say "Yes" until he was almost two. He would just nod his head for yes. Talk about setting the tone!

My boys were, "TWUCK" and "STICKENS", respectively.

I have no idea what my son's first word was and he's only seven:/. My husband and I talk about this often. We joke that we should just make one up so people don't think we're horrible!
