The weaker birds will probably die anyway but unless you have quarantined them then you should still treat with Ivermectin.

They wont eat due to the anemia but they do drink. None of my hens have recovered when they get to this stage but you must try.
One thing I noticed was their eye lids turned black..
Chicken anaemia virus, or CAV, is a member of the circoviridae family and has the same symptoms as the anemia from red mite. They say its incurable and cull the infected birds. Its getting the proteins into the birds as they refuse to eat.
Have a good go with your poorly hen, I hope she recovers..
