I've never wormed all these years. Never saw any worms and never saw any indication my birds had them. I do, however, let them eat pumpkin seeds and put the occasional garlic juice in their water a couple of times per year.

I also use the UP/ACV whenever I think to throw some in the water....mostly in the winter when their immune systems need it the most.
