It's not moving, but the air cell is enlarging like it's supposed to and there is no blood ring
 
Air cells grow no matter what. Even in store bought unfertilized eggs the air cells grow. It's just the loss of moisture from the egg over time. That's why you can float an eating egg to get an idea of how old it is. The older the egg, the bigger the air cell. The bigger the air cell, the higher it floats.
