Yes I have seen that one before too. Good video but does not go into enough detail of the how and why for a beginner. A few of the key things she says as she rushes through the procedure she takes for granted like the two grams of material. You should always use the same amount of poo to start with so that your baseline for egg counts are similar to every test. She actually did four different types of tests counting the two different types of direct smear. Thanks for sharing!

1450 rpms for at least five minutes.
