Dominique Pullet or Cockerel

Hi all, we have a 16 week old Dominique. We thought she was a pullet, but she recently began making crowing-like noises whenever our neighbor's rooster crows. Her crows sound like someone is playing a kazoo, not nearly as loud as the neighbor's rooster when it crows.

Here are some pictures for reference. She has always been the smallest, but has the most developed comb and wattles. We have also noticed her acting somewhat aggressive to the other hens on occasion.

So, what do you all think? Pullet or late blooming cockerel?

I think a pullet

That looks like a rooster. A hen would not have that much comb at that age. Plus, the crowing. If he just started to crow, then his crow will sound weird until he can master it.

Cockerel.Comb is too red to be a female.I also see saddle feathers coming in.As well as Hackle.

Thank you everyone for the input. Sounds like we will be changing Luna's name to Larry. Now time for me to study rooster keeping in a small backyard flock.
