OK for the weakness dissolve a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar in some water and give it to them

I have been using unflavored Pedialyte to mix with the formula rather than water, do you think that would do it?

I'd say temp is usually 85 or so give or take. Heating is with an overhead heat lamp or a below heating pad. they have room to move to or away from the heat source, but it's never below 79

Give them some water with a pinch of salt and sugar to much electrolytes is not good for them. Lets try that

I believe it would be best if someone knowledgeable about Pigeons gives you some suggestions.

I'm not familiar enough with pigeons to make suggestions. But doing some reading about the 4in1, some info says not to give to birds under 4 months of age. I am going on the assumption adults are treated and youngsters would benefit from that treatment when feeding. (Could be wrong)

Oooof. Is the crop currently draining? Is it possible that it has sour crop?

The four in one wouldn't arrive until the 12th of this month anyhow.

Still fatigued. They can hobble about their cage but seem to struggle to fully stand. Wondering if it's weakness or a paralysis. Eyes are bright despite it all.
