DS Assaulted At School!

More info has come out.
Several kids from the school who know what has been going on have come in the store and talked to me. They are in support of DS. They have also stated this kid should have been suspended even if for just a day.
I went in and talked to the super. Turns out this kids girlfriend started it. She claimed DS was staring at her chest. So this got this kid mad at DS and started the whole thing yesterday.
Told the super that both these 2 needed to be held accountable for their actions.

On a good note the barn is clean.

DS cleaned the barn. If I could I would make the other 2 clean out our corrals......................................... BOTH OF THEM upper and lower! With a pitchfork and a wheel barrow! LOL!

Found out this kid kneed another kid hard enough in the head during wrestling practice that he was knocked out. I know wrestling is a tough sport but it was done on purpose.

Your last post was unclear. Who was using the pitchfork? LOL

If it were me, I would be wielding that sucker!!!!!

Boys!! I told my own DS years ago that if he had been born first, he would have been an only child. When he was little, he had been acting out all day when my Mom and I were trying to fix a big family dinner. Finally I went out to the shop and got a hammer and nail. I took the hood of his little sweatshirt (with him in it) and nailed it up to my kitchen wall so that his feet were just touching the floor. I thought my Mom was going to pass out when she saw me with the hammer and nail. I was so ticked, I guess she thought we were going to have a home crucifixtion. Just remember when raising boys to never lose your sense of humor.

Sorry!
I meant I would have all 3 cleaning our corrals with a pitchfork and a wheel barrel instead of our John Deere 3010 tractor with front end loader.

DS was bugging DH and his buddy one day in our shop. They finally got mad and duct taped his arms down and hooked his belt loop to a the hook on the cherry picker and hoisted him off the floor. He quit bugging them.

Going to go talk to a certain person today. Heard this kid was running his mouth that DS was going to pay when this is all over and DS is going to be dead.
If this person agrees I will be contacting law enforcement and them talk to this person.

You didn't ask my opinion, but I am going to give it. You should immediately report these threats to law enforcement. Don't wait for agreement from anyone. On the one hand his kid may just be running his mouth off, but on the other he may mean it. You have no way of knowing. The teenage brain doesn't process long term results and consequences very well. The police may or may not act on your information, but at the very least they will have a record. It would be nice if an officer would have a chat with this kid and explain if anything happens to DS, he is the person they will be investigating. And also explain to him exactly what happens to young smart mouth kids when they end up in the Big House. They are called Fresh Meat, and it wouldn't hurt if he knew exactly what that meant.

The newspapers are full of the stories of victims and their families who say that they knew so and so was making threats, but they didn't think he/she meant it. And surprise, surprise, he/she did. Sometimes with fatal consequences.

The way it sounds I would look into signing papers to have your son quit school and get set up with GED classes to get his GED and then enroll him in a Jr college that way he's out of that warped school environment and if he has an associates degree that way employers wouldn't know or else wouldn't care if he has a GED because he'll have a college degree....
