a combo of seven dust, vegetable oil, promythium (sp how ever you spell that lol), vet rx, and petroleum jelly. it was the oil that the dirt stuck to.What did you use? Did you soak them in some strong dishsoap water? Bummer on the dirt, glad the mites are gone!
a booted bantam is a d'uccle without a beard some times even d'uccles have chicks that are beardless and they are classified as a booted bantam. d'uccles must have a beard again if it doesn't have a beard it is indeed a booted bantamWell they are still young and I see a bit of fuzz on the pullets cheeks. None on the roo though. They won in the D'uccle section of the fair so im not guessing their booted bantams.
