I finally found some more babies!! Get to pick them up this weekend

I haven't had Ancona before ... but have and continue to read about them. I chose females just incase my one is male.

Def wait for live ducklings if that is your last resort. I didn't order from Metzers but have heard great things about them. I ordered from Purely Poultry and they have people all over the country who hatch for them so my chicks came from Missouri which was a closer to me than Calif. Mine were packed great Had gro gel in the box. Hopefully you can find some ducklings local or at least with in driving distance.

Luckily the lady's farm is under an hour away ! So happy I found local!

We live up in the woods. Cougar, WA .. north-ish of Portland Oregon . What about you?

Excited to get these babies! Was thinking.. I've never had to introduce new ducks we always just had mama hatch.. I was thinking of keeping them separated by this puppy fence thing so that can see eachother but not fight..do ducklings fight?? Or otherwise be weird at first anything I need to do or not do

Ducklings dont fight that I've noticed. It's the adults that like to pick on each other
