if they still have yolk to absorb, give them time. Don't assist. they are better off inside the shell than out with an unabsorbed yolk.
is momma taking care of them?

I've done this 3 or 4 times.....broody and incubator....everyone is still learning new things...not just me....yes i need to know more....i am open to learning more...you have been a bit offensive by talking in this manner..... @chickens really
I agree that i was wrong about "water in lungs" i was sharing my experience.....that happens in an incubator when humidity is too high......im sorry for being snappy but i had to mention this....
