Gorgeous ducks! :love
Sorry to say, but I'm not good with colors on ducks besides Muscovies and Khaki Campbells. :(

@Miss Lydia Do you know or do you know anyone who would know what colors they are?
Yes! I am very new to these guys and not comfortable saying for sure. Breeder they came from had absolutely every colour but

Who wants to play name that colour? This is my beautiful runner girl, but I'm curious what shade of mallard she will be. Shes about 10weeks old. There's also 2 pekin hens, Ferdinand the white runner (named after the duck off Babe) and Oddball with it's multiple crests (feel free to guess that colour too, wouldn't let me get a pic up close)View attachment 1956609 View attachment 1956614

I think she's blue fawn. I think the crested girl might be blue :)

When our 2 Muscovy decide they were going to sleep on the roof instead of inside I took the hose put it on full with the nozzle and just kept blasting them till they came down. They finally had no choice lol. She is a beautiful Scovy!
Our hose is frozen solid :gigit got down to the teens in VA last night. I honestly don't think much can see her at night because she blends in with the roof on both the house and coop. She's living the dream I guess :idunnoshe flies around the yard scaring the dogs, but is absolutely stunning when she's in flight. I actually had a dream last night the I clipped her flight feathers :that this point I wouldn't think of doing it just because she really enjoys herself. Maybe when I breed the Pekin with her I'll keep one so she has a friend. You should see the Pekin trying to fly when they see her do it, it's hilarious. Those plump butts can't even make it an inch off the ground!

I have two call ducks , both drakes. I wanted females ,oh well. Spring time was for mature audiences only. The chickens I have are standard size so to they could fight off the amorous ducks. I really like ducks as pets. I don't think I could eat anybody I knew personally. I don't feel that way about the chickens. Maybe it is because the ducks tilt their heads to look at you with soft expressions and how they waddle is just adorable.
