Duck with lumpy chest...

I noticed today that one of my drakes has a large lumpy chest. I cornered him and felt it but it really doesnt feel any different than it should. Earlier he was spitting up and and flinging his head back and forth and he went and got a drink and was fine after that. I have 2 drakes and he is the quietest of the 2 which are brothers and he is also the mate to my pekin. He doesnt act sick and he seems normal. Any ideas?

Maybe he ate a bunch of grit? I had a duck that once ate some overly large rocks because she had anemia. Anyway, the lumpy chest to me indicates a full crop.
