I had just read on a BYC thread that it was suitable, but I’ll play it safe and get chick grit
Okay, thank youI've heard of many people using it as well, but to be safe just go with the chick grit, it's pretty cheap and will last a lifetime.
Okay-maybe I’m just over reacting-are kind of sniffles (minus any snot) normal?I've heard of many people using it as well, but to be safe just go with the chick grit, it's pretty cheap and will last a lifetime.

I have been using Koop clean, and I change it every day and allow the cage bottom to dry throughly-I have two baking sheet on either side of the cage-one around the bowls to keep the water and food from soaking the bedding and one as a dry haven on the other side for the ducklings, near their light—it was night when I took the video and I change it every morning.-but would shavings work better? Is their bedding wet? Kind of looks like it. I'd replace with some nice fluffy shavings. and there are ways to keep the wetness off the shaving to an degree.
