Duckling Thread!

Pics
So do all female ducks look like they don’t know what is happening? That’s what my female Donald looks like.
She looks super cute— compared to my male, though, she seems a little bit, I dare say, empty minded...but I love her just the way she is!

But do any of your female ducks look like her:

Looks like she doesn’t know where she is going. However, at a duck fair I trained her to quack out the “here comes the bride” song so she is very smart and talented!

Nooo not with the big ducks! :th They have their own little pen (no heat provided and they did great for the last 3 nights)
Here are Fluffy (Fluffz) and Fuzzy (Fuzz):

how old are your little ones? What are your overnight temps? Our oldest are 4 weeks old and getting huge. I’m hoping to leave them out overnight in the baby pen since it’s been so warm lately. They have been avoiding the heat lamp in the little outdoor brooder we keep on the porch when it’s on overnight so hoping they are ready.

Some pictures from today. It’s been so wet here lately and it’s finally sunny again. The ducks are loving the water and sun.

Not about ducklings but I noticed your name- brahmachicken240- have you raised any buff brahmas? We currently have 3 6 months old lights and 4 2.5 ish week old buffs. Thinking 3 are pullets and 1 cockerel but not sure about 1 of the suspected pullets.

Not sure on age... maybe 4 weeks? Night temps are anywhere from 51-62°F
