Why do Silver Appleyards require a permit??

I don’t think so @onaharley. At least it wasn’t with mine. They followed me around everywhere and chirped loudly when I went away. But once they went out with the other ducks, they realized the ducks were a lot more interesting than me. Made me sad a little! I hope yours transition well too. And I’m so excited for you!!!

Pekins? Anconas? None of those make sense. All very domesticated.

Mallards and wood ducks (and similar) I can understand.

Sounds great!!! I just don't want to make it hard on them...... me on the hand can make do, I just want one of these ducks to at least let me pet them with out freaking out!!!
