I sighed, looking at the bird that Elo and FairStep had devoured. Nevermind, I can find my own food. I plodded off, trying to find a rabbit or bird to eat.

I watched my brother leave, he's probably just mad because me and FairStep had eaten the bird. Well maybe if he had taken up he would have had some

I looked at Leo, who was still sleeping. I wanted to wake him up, but I decided not to, he'd probably be angrier that Azil.

"I'm surprised that he hasn't woken yet." She chuckled. I licked my lips,cleaning off the blood. I shook off and stretched

"Ha. I'm not, he usually sleeps all day." I replied to FairStep with a chuckle. I started to lick the blood off of my paws.

I chuckled. "That's how it was with our Beta, in my old pack."

I caught a small rabbit and brought it back to the cave that FairStep, my brothers and I had stayed in. "Hey Leo, get up. I've got food." I called to Leo. He groaned and walked over. We both shared the rabbit, it wasn't the best thing I had ever eaten, nor was it the worst.

I laughed. "Why aren't you with your pack now?" I asked FairStep curiously.

"... I committed a crime against my pack, I shouldn't of, but every meal I got my, pack stole it from me. I would starve for days on end... I was also the omega, making things even worse. So I left, hoping to make my own pack one day." She finished

I watched my brother over there with FairStep and was jealous. Why did Elo get to be by her. They had found her together! He grumbled as he ate his half of the rabbit.
