My rescue organization saved eight pitt/rotti puppies that were being starved behind someone's house in an old outbuilding because this guy's show pitt "made friends" with the neighbor's dog. He didn't want anyone to find out his female was "ruined". That was 8 counts of animal cruelty, loss of his breed dogs and some serious fines. I kept the one who had mange, serious ringworm and was so weak she had to be handfed. Her name is Phoebe and she's 10 now.

Please please have this guy explain just how this is possible. I want to know. I really do. I know some people think this but fortunately, or unfortunately, I have never had anyone say this around me. If they did, I would pull up a chair and ask for an explanation.

See I would be hopeless in cases like that because I would laugh and insult the poor guy. 10 points to your hubby for his self restraint

I saw someone on another forum I'm part of say that she doesn't approve of cross breed dogs. I honestly can't see ANY reason to disapprove? I sent her a PM to ask, but she didn't reply. I take that to mean that she has no reason
