Dutch Hookbill Hatch!

Pics
So as of me heading out to work, everyone was either externally pipped or got a safety hole. Nine had externally pipped on their own at last check.

I did open up the two that hadn't even internally pipped and it's good that I did. Both are malpositions. One foot over head, so it never would have been able to pip. The other is just in there very weirdly, I don't know how to describe it.

Anyway, now that they're opened and I'm assisting, they will hopefully be okay.

Would you be able.to draw a picture? Now I'm intrigued

So it is facing away from the air cell, but then because of shipping the air cell was also partially down the other side of the egg, so it was over there. But also jammed up in there so much it couldn't get leverage to pip. It was peeping at me when I got in there but also hadn't been able to actually break through the inner membrane.
