If you don't want to watermark your images you could try disabling right click or use a clear gif over the images. Could do a google search, I'm sure theres code out there for both.

Did you email and just ask that they not use it? Could be that they didn't know that they couldn't and if you just email them they will cease using it. Just a suggestion.

You can report them all day long, but in the end if you want their auction taken down with your picture on it, you have to fill out this form and fax it to them.

I mean absolutly no disrespect to you, but I disagree.

If I am going to sell something on ebay, or anywhere else for that matter, I am not going to use a picture of someone else's item, regardless. For instance, it'd be like me selling a 2010 chevy truck, and using a picture of my neighbors 2010 chevy truck because it's better looking.​
