ebay seller is using my image

You have to go under your settings and opt-out of this policy

Can you be more specific as to where this is? Ebay is not always user friendly when locating such things.

People sometimes think that if a photo is on 'the web' it is free for the taking. It's obviously not, but some people just don't realize that. I ran into these folks selling wooden roses with pictures on them. They had every breed of dog, Disney characters, etc. Quite unique. I asked where they got their images and they 'innocently' said, oh it's easy, we just get them 'on the web.' They were downloading dog images from the AKC site, people's private pages, etc. etc. DUH?​

sorry to hear they took your pics. Definately got to watch Ebay there's been another person on there using images from other people's birds to sell gamefowl eggs.

I sent him a question asking to see a pic of his turkey. I tild him that the pic he has posted belongs to a friend of mine. I would like to s ee HIS turkey. I want to see what I'm bidding on. .....Im not bidding. lol

thanks all for your help. All of it. I reported it and asked the seller to remove it.
 
I have seen this before.The person buys eggs from you and doesnt post their own pictures and uses yours because the eggs came from you so they think its same product.
Its Fraud!
This was suppose to be againt Ebay policy...Squeeky Wheel.
