EE - gender please?

I'm new to chickens. Loving it, BTW. I can't have a rooster though - wish I could - but I live in a residential neighborhood. So the sooner I know what this little guy-girl is the better. It was an EE chick and my other two are different breeds so I have nothing to compare it with. Thank you for any help!

How old is he? My 9 week old EE i just now starting to show some pink in her comb. Which is why I am saying roo.

hate that you cant have Roo's cause he's a beauty... hopefully you can trade him to someone who needs a Roo that is not of the same bloodline they have... start advertising that way. your more likely to get a home for him that really wants him and he wont end up in the freezer;

My chicks are 8 weeks now, I guess. I got them March 13th. This one feathered early, but the comb went pink fast. My other two are more light flesh color. I might post some pictures of them too, just to double check.

Yeah, he's definitely a roo. I have a little EE roo too, and he's built just like your boy.
