I had thought about adding to chamber B to keep it up but I was afraid it’d be to high if I did. I only had the issue last night. I’m going to watch like a hawk until 11-12ish and see what happens and if it starts going down before I go to bed.
Your humidity being too high or two low for a few hours isn't the end of the world as it's the overall average that matters. Those eggs take a very long time to change.Haha! Does humidity affect the pullet/cockerel ratio? I’ve already got a plan
That’s what I told my husband because he was panicking(he was NOT raised as a farm kid like I was haha) and I told him since they’ve only been in there a day I doubt it did anything.

How much water did you have in the reservoir? They seem to hold a decent amount and like @Debbie292d said sometimes you have to put some in side B to get it just right.

I’ve heard the same. Most of these were fatter eggs. I think I had 1-2 longer skinnier ones. We shall see.
I thought that was a wive's tale, but I'll take your word for it since you did get phenomenal ratio there! I pulled an unusually pointy egg today, especially for a silkie to manage when their eggs are smaller to begin with, but thought of that as I was putting it in the carton I'm saving to sell to someone. I'm going to take that one out lol.
